Shipping Information
We strive to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Timelines:
- Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery typically occurs within 10-15 business days after dispatch. A flat rate of $12.95 applies.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery typically occurs within 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Please note: The above delivery timelines are estimates and may vary. Shipping is available worldwide, with exceptions for some parts of Asia and remote locations.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We gladly accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of the date you receive your order.
Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- It is in the same pristine condition as when you received it.
- It is in its original packaging with all tags and documentation attached.
- You can provide the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their delicate, personalized, or highly collectible nature, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following:
- Any customized or personalized ornaments, including those from our cherished “Baby’s First Christmas” collection.
- Items from limited edition or discontinued collections.
- Any collectible that has been opened, displayed, or removed from its original protective packaging.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Please follow these steps to ensure a smooth process:
- Contact Us: Email our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and product details.
- Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed shipping instructions.
- Ship the Item: Carefully repackage the item in its original box and mail it to the address provided. We highly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
Refund Timeline & Method
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal) within 7-10 business days. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the credit to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
The process for exchanges mirrors that of returns. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will ship your replacement. If the new item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. For a lower-value item, we will refund the difference.
