At Ornaments Shop, we understand that each piece in your collection holds special meaning, just as the memories you create during the holidays. While we take every care to ensure your Christopher Radko heirlooms, Disney collectibles, and Byers Choice carolers arrive in perfect condition, we know that sometimes an exchange or return may be necessary.
Our Returns & Exchanges policy is designed with the same care and dedication we apply to curating our holiday collections, ensuring a magical experience even when things don’t go as planned.
Our Return Policy
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt of items. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
- Customized or personalized ornaments (including special requests for our “Baby’s First Christmas” collection)
- Items from limited edition collections that have been discontinued
- Opened collectibles that have been displayed or removed from their protective packaging
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start your return or exchange process, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions
- Carefully package the item using the original packaging and include all documentation
- Ship the package to our address (provided with your RMA instructions)
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Timeline and Method
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal). Depending on your card issuer’s policies, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
For exchanges, the process is similar to returns. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will ship your requested replacement product. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference. For lower-value items, we will refund the difference.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received an incorrect product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will arrange for a prepaid shipping label and expedite your replacement at no cost to you.
